Latest Leopard build shows theme change

The latest build of Apple’s OS X 10.5 “Leopard” is Build 9A410 and the most obvious change is the new look. The brushed metal look has been simplified to something more minimal. I think it looks quite nice. Checkout these screenshots over at Flickr.com.

Great apps: Little Snitch, Sticky Windows

I’ve discovered a great little app called Little Snitch. It runs in the background and you can configure it through System Preferences. It’s basically a firewall for Applications and stops any unwanted programs sending information back home, as well as giving you the peace of mind knowing what programs are sending data where and when.
